DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

The average time frame for a direct delivery is 3 to 10 working days. Please allow up to 24 business hours for us to confirm your order and provide you with pick-up or delivery details. Please advise us if you require an ASAP pick-up! PICK UP IS MONDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - 8.30 am till 4.30 pm. 

RETURNS AND REFUND

How It Works

Triple A Fence and Gate sells quality items to our customers in Australia. We don't expect that you ought to at any point have to utilize this policy. but in the improbable occasion that any of our items are demonstrated to be broken or deficient, you might return the products for substitution or discount (at our tact). Upon approval, items must be returned within 60 days with postage costs at your expense.

 

Return of goods that didn't match our item description is accepted. Allow us 14 days to process the refund and you must notify us in 30 days of buying if you wish to return your item. Contact us immediately if you have a valid reason to return your goods (Photo or video will be needed to help us to confirm, otherwise we will not be able to inspect and help you make claim)

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Information You Need to Know

Triple A Fence and Gate warrants that its products will be as described, of an acceptable quality, free from manufacturing defects and fit for purpose. If a product with a manufacturing defect becomes apparent and is reported to the Seller within 5 years of the date of delivery (time being of the essence) then the Seller will either (at the Seller’s sole discretion) repair the defect or replace the product. 

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Triple A Fence and Gate customers are required to accept full responsibility for their decision to purchase and for doing the due diligence that their purchase is correct before finalising. Paying for your order is a commitment to purchase. Your order cannot be cancelled after payment has been made.  In exceptional circumstances, we may accept the cancellation of an order. A 25% order cancellation fee will apply (or a minimum fee of $99.00 for all orders under $300 dollars).

Trust Us with Your Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt your informaiton. When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
